Project Requirement

Norwich Union (Aviva) undertook to relocate from their state of the art offices to a warehouse building and following a competitive tender process, the interior options group’ were selected to carry out the refurbishment of their new premises. The building was stark and had no natural light and our design team worked in close partnership with the client over a number of months developing a 2d and 3d scheme. It was important for us to use all our creative flex to fabricate a stimulating working environment and reconfirm the strong corporate image. The lighting throughout the space along with the clever use of colour in the furnishings made for a happy and bright workspace, with the inclusion of feature lighting for a dramatic edge to a sleek office plan.

Unique features created a stunning award winning design with faceted storage wall and glass modules giving the illusion of curves. Revolutionary recycled carpet, bespoke whiteboard with colour back lighting added to the drama of the overall design. The space consists of a large administrative open plan office, with 10 meeting rooms, collaboration spaces and a soft informal reception area. The project completed in time to budget successfully delivered a stunning office space that cannot fail to leave a remarkable impression on all everyone who enters.
